Milan Savić graduated saxophone at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad, and clarinet at the Faculty of Music in Belgrade. During his musical development, he attended many schools and seminars with renowned professors abroad.
Since 2006, he has been working at the Josip Slavenski Music School as a clarinet and saxophone teacher, and his students have won many awards at national and international competitions. He held master classes in the country and abroad: Alpen Classica Fest - Italy, Olimpic Sax Fest - Greece, University of Hartford - S.A.D. He performed as a soloist at “Mokranjčevi dani” and other festivals throughout Serbia and had a series of concerts in France, Italy and the USA. He performed as a soloist with the Belgrade Philharmonic, Rts Symphony Orchestra, Metamorfozis chamber orchestra, recorded for Radio Belgrade and premiered compositions by Ivan Jevtić, Ivan Brkljačić, Aleksandar Sedlar, Ante Grgin and others. As an orchestral musician, he is engaged in the orchestras of the Belgrade Philharmonic and the RTS Symphony Orchestra, with whom he performs at concerts and tours in the country and abroad. Milan Savić is the founder and director of the international saxophone festival - Belgrade Saxperience, which receives great reviews from the public and aims to educate young saxophonists, enrich the saxophone repertoire, promote the various possibilities of the saxophone and host the most important saxophonists of today. Milan Savić is the winner of the French Order - Knight of Arts, which is awarded by the Ministry of Culture and Literature of France.
